I will always be praying you have some peace. please tell Kylie I miss her, and I hope she is having fun in 5th grade. Kylie: I am so sorry about your sister. My oldest sister had cancer as well. I will always be your sister in Christ, and I will always be your friend. If you ever need a summer get-away, the beach is 2 blocks from my house:)(Last year, I had a locker by your classroom last year at NCS, I was the really short one with light brown hair, and freckles)

Hi Karen, I just wanted you to know that Leah and your entire family was in my thoughts and prayers all day long today. I thought of Leah's beautiful smile and those bright blue eyes with that twinkle -- first thing when I woke up this morning. I thought of her while I was cooking my turkey and the kids were watching the parade. I thought of her when we all sat down at the table...and I said an extra prayer for you -- for peace in your heart and strength to carry on each day, especially the most difficult ones. Leah was with me all day today, like a little bird sitting on my shoulder. I prayed she showed her presence to you today too. Hugs to all of you!!! Love, Lisa

Today must be hard. You never leave my thoughts and prayers. Leah was, and will always your beautiful little girl. In Heaven, you can hold her, and hear her little laugh, and get Eskimo kisses forever, all eternity.

Karen, I hope you will continue to journal. It is such an extraordinary gift from your heart. I have a song in my ipod that is called "Afterglow" by INXS. It is one that I thought you should hear, then when you talked about the songs on your ipod, I knew it. I have it if you want to stop by, you can listen. Bring Kylie. If you have more bracelets to stuff, bring them too. As always I am thinking of and praying for your family. Love, Sherry
