hi......thinkin of you guys....know this is the worst time of all for you and wanted to say hi. I am sorry to not have been able to spend more time at your daddys funeral to visit and all. I was also wondering if you U of M talk went well. Just know that we love you and can never know your grief but know some of the sadness of being forced to let her go to be with God and all the fa la la in heaven. It is fine up and over there you know? We all are just stuck here in limbo and missing our people. Leah is fine and you must just keep living and celebrating the holiday with your family and know we all love you all. You guys looked great and enjoy warm florida while you are there. I am sure it is temporary and you will be moving along living your lives however you are being pushed along. xxoo Have a lovely special Christmas. Pam

Karen, Phil, and Kylie hope you all are doing well, I havn't seen you guys in what seems like forever. I think about Leah all the time, my roommates brothers girlfriends mom just recently found out she has a brain tumor and I told her about Leah and how brave the angel was. I go to Grand Valley State University now and am involved in the Make-A-Wish club and I'd love to honor Leah at this years Relay For Life by dedicating a luminary bag in her name. Hi Karen,
I discovered your site while looking thru the Palliative Care course description being hosted next weekend. Just wanted you to know how beautiful your daughter is and how touching I found your most recent update. I do not believe I had the pleasure of meeting Leah during her time at Mott (I work in the OR), but know that we often think and pray for the families of these most special children.
Hope you find peace and happiness in Florida.
