Angle Leah...Happy Birthday.
I don't write that often, but you are always in my thoughts. Every night you are part of my prayers with Nate and Sammie. Every day you are on my file cabinet staring at me with your beautiful smile. You often put my days in perspective.
Part of your momma's beautiful entry to you today really should hit home to all of us. It is something I think about often. She is right. So many people are so caught up in the ridiculous details of life, and do not realize what is really important. When I am feeling agitated or frustrated or overwhelmed I often find myself looking at your picture and I literally just snap out of it. And as often as I feel sad for your mom and dad and Kylie I can't help but smile when I think of your heart being happy.
You are always with me Leah. Even in the morning when I shave and I look at my Happy Heart tattoo on my shoulder, it is just a small little "Good Morning Uncle Herb" that I hear whispering in my ear.
You continue to touch many people Leah. We are all caught up in our lives, but your spirit blows in and blows around and circles around again. And I have a feeling it always will.
