Hi Karen. We were on vacation this past week so I'm sorry I didn't leave you a message sooner - but don't think for a moment that Leah is forgotten. She's in our hearts forever. Even though they never met her, my kids still talk of Leah. That beautiful picture of the blue eyed girl is how they picture her. Just can't believe it's been 2 years...thinking of you always. Hi Karen and family. Been thinking of you all this week with the thoughts of Leahs leaving you date....I can't get over it at all and that two years she has been gone from you all. I am so sorry for you. It is so awful. We love you all and I do know that you are not fine still and will never be. Life is not the same...I guess it will just have to be different and you will keep walking like you say. There are some nice walks though huh? Like so many others I still don't know the right words to say. I think of Leah quite often and just want you to know you all are in my thoughts and prayers.
The story you told me about the frog has stayed with me and every time I see a green frog (in a shop) I think of Leah and smile. I've yet to see a real one.

Karen and family,
Although Leah and all of you are in my thoughts and prayers (everyday). I wanted to let you know that I am offering extra prayers for God to comfort you on this day. I know all days are tough but days like today are extremely hard.
I pray every night for all the children to be healed, but I also pray for God to comfort the families who have lost a loved one. I pray for the comfort of the parents, the siblings and the family and friends.
